Last night a baby snake slid into the house. Conrad caught it. Made it a home and gave it a name.
Another pet for Hibiscus Hill. Just what we needed.
In the morning the snake was gone. Conrad was outraged.
David told us all about an ex-girlfriend who kept an 8ft anaconda as a pet, and fed it a rabbit every three weeks. The snake then slept happily, under her bed, with a rabbit shaped belly for the next few weeks. The trouble was gaging when the anaconda was hungry again, until one day the anaconda reared up in not-a-friendly-cute-pet-snake kind of way.
We all began to wonder if the baby snake, slithering loose around the house, was actually a baby anaconda and under whose bed was he growing.
And then Top Banana opened the kitchen drawer…
where is the cat?
Exactly. IH
